Visited after 2pm on the 31st Dec 2011, it was very quiet. We asked for the heads to be removed from the prawns,it arrived de-shelled. The portions were tiny, we ordered main courses - we're used to larger portions at other branches. We waited a VERY long time for our 1st round of drinks. We ordered a 2nd round of drinks after the meal, it took so long to arrive, there were no other waiters on the floor to ask either, so we got up and went to pay. They were not under-staffed. Upon arriving at the register, the manager was standing around talking to one of the staff, and did not even acknowledge us until i took out a card to pay. It was then clear that the waiter had not even placed the order for the second round of drinks, because they were not rung up on the bill. Very unfriendly and cold environment - not referring to the temperature. I felt that when asked for a 'window seat', that the manageress' reply was snide and a bit too smug - I felt like she was doing me a favour. It was my first visit to this branch and my last I'm afraid. Why can they not play Greek music at a Greek restaurant? Its so much nicer than the 'manager's choice' of CD/radio station.
