| This afternoon we went to Ocean Basket in Ermelo which is newly opened. When we arrived many waitrons including the manageress made eye contact with us while we waited to be seated at the door. After waiting for about two minutes with the manageress (who wasn't doing anything but standing around) continued to just look at us we decided to leave as no one had helped us nor even apologised for the fact that they may be busy and we may have to wait awhile. We came home and decided to phone the restaurant to place take away orders. We got the number off of the Ocean Basket website. This number is a cell phone number which just goes straight to voice-mail even though it is listed as the restaurants only number. To me this is terrible customer service and professionalism. It is sad to see that a restaurant only opened for about two weeks has already started losing customers. | |||
