Cockroach in glass of coldrink |
|
Went out for a family meal on the evening of 08 January 2012, ordered a platter and drinks to the value of R559,00. After having eaten and almost completing my coldrink I noticed something floating in my glass, upon closer inspection, I realised that it was a cockroach. We immediately called over the manager, who, not only, did not look surprised he didn't seem to concerned either, and then to add insult to injury he politely told us that he would deduct the coldrink of the bill,not even a decent or sincere apology, so people if you are choosing to eat out at the Ocean Basket at the Zone in Rosebank be prepared to get more than you pay for.
