I got to the restaurant Ocean Basket (Fourways Mall) - i was directed to my table nicely, was eating alone, i ordered fish, chips and rice. In no seconds literally the food was ready... I looked at the food and saw that the fish was not freshly grilled - it was reheated - i ate since i was hungry and was rushing somewhere, but as i was eating i was dissatisfied with my food, i called my waiter i asked him why he served me cold food, that looked as if it was prepared for someone else earlier, he said let me call the manager for you, The manager came i asked the same thing instead of apologising and admitting their wrong or even asking the waiter how my food was, No instead he sounded all defensive and said it was not the culture of their restaurant to serve cold food, i left and told myself i'm never going back there again. |
