Okay, so we as a family loved going to Ocean Basket quite frequently...what's up with their service and food lately? One day in Dec we were at V&A Ocean Basket where we all ordered our food. My husband and my son's food was served and after waiting about 5 minutes I told them to start without me as their food was getting cold. By the time my sushi arrived, my husband and son had FINISHED their meal!! That wasnt all..the waiter failed to bring me a sushi setting and when I asked for it he said that they have run out of sushi bowls! Eventually I got up, went to fetch my own wasabi and sushi bowl. I gave up and got up once again to ask for a takeaway container as I wasnt going to be the only one eating after my family had eaten. The service there is unbelievably slack. As for Cavendish Square branch...BEWARE of expired fish!!! Got violently ill after being poisoned by sushi there! |
