Bad service and Badfood!

Friends and family went out for dinner. Once we had ordered, and had our drinks, 10 mins later or waiter (Noah), asked if we wanted our salads, and we said, its fine can have it with our main course. Once our food arrived without salads, upon eating, I noticed that the line fish was 'off', so I asked my dinner friends if they could taste, and we all agreed that it was, because it fit the bill of being expired fish. I then tried to call my waiter, which wasn't in the section I was sitting in for at least 10 mins! I got up eventually and looked for him, and asked him if he could come to the table. He returned with me- without my table salads which were supposed to been ready for the last 25mins. The manager came to our table, removed our line fish. He came back and said that it was the "mix of herbs and spices", i did tell him it was off...without a doubt. The manager did offer me some other form of fish to compensate for the fish (tip: if a guest complained about the meal, I don't think the guest would want to try another one, or form of fish).By this time the salads FINALLY emerged:(
Being a chef, i loved OB consistancy, but wont be going to one ever again:(
