| We decided to try the newly opened Ocean Basket in Musgrave Centre. Arrived there on Tuesday at 8pm and were seated. Note, restaurant not too busy. Handed our menus and greeted with a smile. After 8 minutes another family came and sat down next to us. Waitress smiled at us and walked away. After 13 minutes we stood up, asked who the manager was and told her that we had been sitting for approximately 15 minutes and that we had not even been asked for our drinks order. We were met with a blank stare. we left, vowing never to set foot back I. This disgrace of a restaurant. But wait, I have been phoning the ** number all day and there has been no reply, and the number for Musgrave Centre Ocean Basket does not exist. You would think as a new restaurant that there would be slightly better service? Or at least an owner on site to ensure things are running smoother? The bad service we received from apathetic staff was unacceptable, and we will be repeating our story to friends and family in the area. | |||
