| I am under debt review. Firstly, my payments were distributed to accounts I was not liable for. Then my payments were paid to accounts which I had settled in full. I have been querying a specific payment made to my home loan account for more than a year, with my debt counsellor. Finally I approached the bank which did my home loan, myself. Only to found out that they have deposited refunds to the National Payment Distribution Centre MORE THAN A YEAR AGO. Now please understand that I get charged "unreal" interest on my creditors accounts every month. But it's ok for the NPDA to sit with my money in their bank account for MORE THAN A YEAR''' Don't you think that I am then entitled to interest on my money? This whole debt review process is a JOKE'' | |||

Hello roselina, Good Day Natasha As per our email communication regarding this matter. The creditor refunded the money using the incorrect reference number and did not inform us accordingly. Please note that the NPDA distribute your money according to your Debt Councilors latest approved scenario. I have send this to your Debt Councilor for them to contact you and change your scenario accordingly. Kind regards Amanda |
