| I have been instructed by the court to pay the stipulated amounts, which the NPDA suppose to do. They inturn ignore the court instruction and pay my bond less. Its not that I am defaulting the court instruction, I give the correct amount required to the NPDA and they do what ever they want. Some months its R300 less, other months its R1000 less.i go to complain at my credit regulator, credit matters and all they do is tell me their system is down and they will investigate. What is happening to the money that they are keeping behind? the bank is supposed to get the full amount. | |||

Hello paulmackay, I received your Hello Peter complaint. Please note that the NPDA distributed your payment as per your created scenario by your debt councilor Credit Matters. Please find attached proof of payment as requested. Your installment is R8736.12. Some months we only received R7000-00, R7400-00 and R8400-00 and that is the reason why your creditors is getting less than proposed.
