non payment / poor service

my husband has been on debt counseling for about 2 years now. in April the bank started deducting money from his bank account, when we phoned them to find out what was going on the response was they have not been receiving payment since Jan, when we phoned the dc he told us that we have not been paying since Jan,( We have never missed any payments) i have sent through the proof of payments and was told that it will be sorted out. till today we have not receive any proof that it was sorted out but assumed that every thing was now in order, on the 25th of august just after we have maid our payment, which has now been increased to double what we use to pay, a further R6000 was deducted from his bank account. we then phoned our debt counselor who insured us that our dc payment would be payed back in a day or 2, well it is now almost 2 weeks of a day or 2 and still no refund and the only response we get is that it has been submitted, that is when they answer the phone. they also will not send me statements of payments made from  Jan so i have to ask where is all the payments that we have been making since Jan?

As per our telephonic conversation. I have send you the proof of payment as requested. All payments received was distributed to you creditors as per your debt councilors approved scenario.
