| To whom it may concern We went on Debt review in 2009 after my Partner has lost her job, we have had so much problems ever since we have gone onto debt review with the Creditors phoning us with payments not being made or payments that are made but not the amount on what was signed for, I have to ask my Debt review counsellor for statements and have never received from NPDA them self's. I also find that the amounts on all the accounts keeps on falling behind with payments not made in time, we were in a agreement with Russel and them to make payment on the 26th of every month but for example my car get paid only on the 5th or so on the next month. It seems like the amounts outstanding on all my account has not changed at all but has increased further into a minus. I do not understand how we cannot see any difference made into our accounts; we have been on debt review since 2009. Hope anyone can explain this to me and also be so kind in sending me all the statements since 2009 up until now. I need to know to why there is no difference in my accounts and why is the final payment moved over to another 5 years from now, is this a 8 year plan? | |||

Hello VivianE, Good Day I tried phoning you regarding your Hello Peter request. Please find attached proof of payment as requested. All payment distributed as per your debt councilor approved scenario. I will also inform you Debt Councilor to send you statements every month as it is the responsibility from your Debt Councilor to send statements. Also please note that NPDA cannot change any scenarios as we do not have the power of attorney. Any changes you need to contact your Debt councilor for them to change the scenario and communicate with all your creditors I will also inform the debt councilor to contact you.
