| I initially reported the bad service I received from NPDA in May 2011. Amanda called and assisted me. I then emailed Amanda in May 2011 requesting that a list of all my creditors details and bank details as I wanted to pay my accounts myself. I was with a company called Debt councelling clinic in ghandi square in jhb cbd and they ripped me off by asking for fees for lawyers and sheriifs but they did not finalise my case. I was forced to go off debt councelling and requested Amanda to send me the bank accounts for all creditors. I have been emailing Amanda, Itunuleng and Shireen I have been calling them since May 2011. It is now August 2011 and my request was not done. Itumelueng told me she emailed me but funny thing is I never received the info Are wethe consumers suppossed to accept BAD SERVICE???/ | |||

Hello mikyle, Morning Olivia As per our telephonic conversation previously and today refers. Proof was send to you numinous times to the absa email address.
