Please be advised that I have made payment this payment does not seem to be allocated yet timeously. I have received numerous calls from my creditors advising me that they have not received any payments. I was informed that if they do not receive any payments they could revoke the payment plan and escalate it further to legal ect. My concern is that I pay as prescribe but have no clue as to how soon they payments are distributed, and if it is not distributed at all, it to my detriment and is affecting me negatively. I have paid again an my worry it that that me creditors are not going to received their monies I would appreciate feedback regarding my previous payment and the proces involved. My hands leyerally chopped off with regards to the not knowing. |

Hello 2fer, Good morning, Trust that you are all well. As per our telephonic conversation today. Please note that all the money you have paid into our accounts has been distributed according to you debt councilors approved scenario. I have also send you a proof of payment via email If you are experiencing a problem with creditors contacting you, you need to address the matter with your debt counsellor to for them to change your scenario Kind regards Amanda |
