This is more a request for urgent assistance than a complaint, however when requesting assistance from This is more a request for urgent assistance than a complaint, however when requesting assistance from Debt Therapy (Pty) LTD, alot is to be desired since been on debt review with them since June 2008. We received a Nedbank statement on 30/08/2011, reflecting that a mere 16 cents is being paid on the account by the NPDA. Upon further scrutineering of the NPDA statement, it reflects that since 28/01/2011 the payments to Nedbank have reduced radically from R64.12 down to 16 cents, however my contribution towards the NPDA was recently reviewed and increased by Debt Therapy with close on to R2000pm. Nedbank is also adding on legal costs which just keeps us indebted with no end in sight to this account with a 16 cent repayment. Shouldn't some sort of adjustment be made on this account to settle it asap as the outstanding balance including their " legal fees" amounts to R976.35? @ .16c pm, it will take me 6107months to repay this account, without more legal fees and finance charges been added, that's 508 years!? Add a new NPDA Report Inappropriate report?

Hello RD41, Good Day Mr Dadford As per our telephonic conversation according to our system Nedbank is paid up and that is why the creditor has been receiving such a little amount. I have contacted Nedbank and they have cancelled the legal fees and will send us a letter confirming that in 2 days time. I will send your Debt Counsellor and request to correct the details on the system so that all payments can be distributed correctly I will also confirm once this is done. Thank you Regards
