| I made a payment at the end of Sep (27 Sep). I made a mistake on the reference number. Upon realizing this I contacted my debit counciller who informed NPDA and provided them with a proof of payment. It has been a month now and the money is still not reflecting on creditors side. This is not acceptable. | |||

Hello tranderee, Good day Mr Randeree As per my communication with you today. Payment received with incorrect reference number. No request send by your debt councilor regarding this matter. Over the Moon:
Amanda was very helpful in sorting out query. Responded to my complaint with in 15min and had resolved issue with in 15 min of response. Good to know that there are ppl out there who take their job seriously. |
