I AM THE OWNER OF A NOKIA E72 CELLPHONE ON A VODACOM CONTRACT , MY PHONE HAS BEEN IN SEVERAL TIMES FOR REPAIRS , IT IS STILL IN FOR REPAIRS , I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT A CELLPHONE WHICH I AM PAYING FOR FOR ABOUT 5 MONTHS , I BOUGHT MYSELF A NEW PHONE BECAUSE A DON'T HAVE THE PHONE I AM PAYING FOR . HOW IS VODACOM/NOKIA GOING TO COMPENSATE ME FOR MY INCONVENIENCE AND LOSS ? ITS BEEN MORE THAN 25 DAYS ,AND NONE HAS RESPOND TO ME YET WITH ANY ANSWERS DO I NEED A SUBSCRIPTION/CONTRACTED FOR ANY ANSWERS ?
