HEADLINE	Stupid Nokia and their phones
I have had a Nokia N97 mini for over a year now and it has never worked properly, the net is abuzz with problems on this phone, but Nokia seems to live in denial. The phone rarely has reception and has been replaced by Nokia once already. I will sit at my desk and without the phone being handled will watch the signal drop from from 4 bars to zero, it then have to walk around waving my phone in the air like in the 1994 Vodacom ad with the old Gogo. sometimes I have to reboot the phone just to get signal again. All Nokia tells me to do is to upgrade the software, sorry this does not work!! I have backed up my contacts and is going to throw the **** "smart phone" against the wall. I've had Nokias from 1994 up to now, but never again, it seems that loyalty means nothing to them. I did not want Nokia to replace the phone with exactly the same stupid phone that is proven to be a bad design, I wanted Nokia to replace the phone with one in their product range that works.
