Poor Customer Service

On 19 Oct 2010, I handed my Nokia N95 in to repair at Nokia Care Centre in Witbank, Mpumalanga, SA. I had dropped my phone so my screen was damaged. The centre terms stated that goods not collected after 3 months, would have to be sold. Understandable. I left my phone with Nokia for a month, and then kept going to the centre to enquire about the progress. After 3 months, my phone was still not repaired, due to spares shortage, but I was told not to worry. I in the meantime had to purchase another phone, for obvious reasons. The branch constantly told me that they would keep in contact and let me know about the progress. No one ever called me. I constantly had to go into the branch and do my own enquiries. Late 2011, about Sep, I once again went to the branch, only to find that they had relocated. I had to do my own enquiries to find their new premises. Not once did they inform me that they had moved premises. When I eventually found them in Oct 2011, they told me that my phone was still not repaired. They eventually called me on Sat 19 Nov 2011(13 months) later, to please collect my phone, and pay an amount of R530. After waiting all this time, i am not prepared to do this.
