About two (2) months ago , i booked my handset , a N86 8mp into the approved nokia repair center , without the use of a loan handset i might add , and after a few phone calls , a month later , i heard that this handset was sent to Johannesburg to be repaired .. On the 19th September 2011 , i get an sms informing me to collect my handset. i collect this "new" replacement N97 mini , which is in a plastic packet , with all the accessories.. Happy that i finally have a handset back, i rush home to put it on charge , guess what , NOT CHARGING!! 20 September , back to Nokia , book in the "REPLACEMENT" , handset , battery , etc.. 28 th September , collect the handset , get back home , SAME PROBLEM !! Now , what happens ?? Try email nokia , but no response .. I cant believe a massive "CONNECTING PEOPLE" company has such terrible customer services .. Time wasted , inconvenienced , expense in running to and from !! Next step ... GET A BLACKBERRY !!
