This is my second complaint on hellopeter.com, however I have been corresponding with Nokia, their care centre, their reps, the consultants etc for the last 2 months about having to take my faulty N8 cellphone in 3 TIMES FOR THE SAME PROBLEM, RESULTING IN NOTHING BEING DONE AND ME RUNNING AROUND IN CIRCLES! I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY LIFE. I FEEL CHEATED AS A CONSUMER! NOKIA DESERVES THEIR LOW SALES!! MY LOYALTY IS DEFINITELY LOST TO THEIR BRAND AFTER BEEN GIVEN SUCH A RIDICUOUS RUN AROUND - COSTING ME TIME, MONEY AND AIRTIME, NOT TO MENTION THE INCREDIBLE INCONVENIENCE, ONLY TO BE SENT AN EMAIL FROM THEIR 'CARE CENTRE', WHICH IS HOPELESS, INSTRUCTING ME TO GO BACK TO THEIR REP (THE MAN WHO HAD DONE NOTHING FROM THE START, WHICH I HAD TOLD THEM FROM THE START!) FOR ANY MORE ACTION TO BE TAKEN. DISAPPOINTED DIES NOT EVEN BEGIN TO DESCRIBE WHAT I FEEL AFTER ALL THE PROBLEMS THAT NOKIA HAS CAUSED ME! I AM ENRAGED. I HAVE BEEN CHEATED! I WISH I HAD GONE WITH ALL THE ADVISE I WAS GIVEN AND GO WITH THE GENERAL PUBLIC AND CHOOSING THEIR COMPETING BRAND! |
