I've send my Nokia N97 to the repairs centre via my service provider for a total of 4 times. Each time the message given to them was that I'm receiving connection errors when making calls. I have used a secondary phone to check if it could be the SP signal. The secondary phone had perfect signal whereas the N97 signal was jumping around. Well after the 4 repairs done on the phone it seems that the issue is now even worse. This cost me a lot of call charges as I have to make up to 6 calls to have a 5 minute conversation. I'm also due for upgrading but would like to have the phone issue solved before getting a new phone as we pay for the phones. What am I to do next? |
