I upgrade my cellphone at MTN with a Nokia X6 - Comes with music on 17 Sep 2011. This cellphone should allow me access to the Nokia music store for free downloads for the next 12 months. With the phone you get a activation pin code. Since day one I could not get access. I have reported the problem to MTN but I agree with them that the service provider in this case is Nokia. It's there store and is there pin number that does not give me the access. I have sent numerous e-mails and phone the helpline on several occasions, with out any success. I has now been more than 2 months. |
