Minor forced to sign terms & conditions of contrac

I have been experiencing problems with a Nokia X6, I took it in to Nashus Mobile for repairs and ever since the repairs it did not work properly, took it Nashua Mobile and I was informed that the problem was the battery. bought a new battery when it was low it would not charge although it will show on the screen that it was charging. Took the battery back from the shop I had bought it, the gave me another battery. The same problem occured. I was informed by a consutant at Nashua mobile that if I don't use the phone for a while the battery needs a booster. I bought a new battery and the phone would not switch on. My 17 yr old son took it to Nokia Woodmead and they told him that the problem is the phone and Isaac told him to read the terms & condition and the phone was booked for repairs. I told my son to go a fetch it because I have a contract & Insurance with Nashua Mobile and if it has to be repaired, Nashua Mobile has to sort it out. Isaac refused to give my son the phone, he said he signed for the terms & conditions, he now has to pay for the assessment cost. My son is a minor, he know nothing about contracts, furthermore the phone was not taken in for repairs.
