I have been battling with my N97 since mid July with problems, it is still under warranty after 8 weeks they replaced it with a so called new one. The problems still persisted so I contacted Finland, Steven Elop and they called me ands advised they have not made that model for a long time so it could not have been new so it was a recycled phone. Yesterday 8th November I picked up a so called new E7 took it home tried to move my info across with difficulty, received 3 calls and I could not hear anybody hence another faulty Nokia cell phone. Nokia is very unhelpful with these matters and their Woodmead Centre needs to be jacked up, there is an attitude problem with every one working there. I am now without a cell phone and I am not even getting Steven Elop's assistance |
