Wonderful Service From AAD Nissan |

Three weeks ago my fiance and I purchased a Nissan Hardbody from S***** Motors. We had it checked out, and the deal looked great. After we purchased it we noticed that there were discrepancies with the engine numbers and mileage clocked in the service book.
Terrified, we went to AAD Nissan to "research" the service history on the vehicle, the staff was so helpful! It was as if we had purchased the vehicle from them, they helped us clear up the confusion, even calling other Nissan service centres to verify records, and saving me a 80km drive!
Last week, (9/9/11) we took the vehicle for diagnostic testing and a general check-up for peace of mind. The mechanic we dealt with, Manny was EXTREMELY helpful! not only did he put our minds at ease, but he even gave my fiance an impromptu lesson on basic diesel mechanics :)
The service provided at this branch went BEYOND our expectations, all the staff were friendly and helpful, from the ladies (and gentleman!) at reception to the random staff member who saw me struggling and helped me park my car!
They really do go the extra mile when it comes to outstanding customer service!
