| My Nissan Navara was serviced by the above Nissan branch on 31/08/2011 and when I got the vehicle back, that evening at home I noticed that the sump of my vehicle was leaking oil and this was of great concern as I was going to travel far the following morning. I contacted the 24hr assistance line whom then dispatched my call through to the standby technician. Nissan sent the technician out and replaced the leaking sump with a new one without any dispute or arguments. Thanks to Star Nissan Vereeniging for their prompt response and rectifying the issue at hand. It was handled on a very professional basis. I'm not upset about the oil leak as I am in the service industry myself and I know little things like this does happen. Thanks once again for the great service. | |||
