We purchased a Nissan Nivara from I. C. Nissan Roodepoort last month. After delivery we found an unfamiliar noise on the vehicle. Mr Carbonari and all his staff have gone the extra mile to sort out this problem and have even gone so far as to come out to us on the East Rand to collect the vehicle and supplied us with another vehicle to use in the meantime. Having my own company I have had a number of occasions to buy new vehicles from numerous dealerships. We have never had the pleasure of receiving such excellant service accompanied by great attitude from any dealership in the past! I would certainly recommend I.C. Nissan Roodepoort and will be supporting them in the future. |
