Driving back from Cape Town to Gauteng on 02nd January 2012, our new Nissan Navara motor vehicle broke down in the Karoo. An efficient road assistance employee arranged a "low-bed" to tow both our motor vehicle and caravan back to Worcester. On arrival in Worcester the equally efficient tow truck driver telephoned the manager of the local Nissan dealership and notified him of our predicament. Despite it being a public holiday, the manager Johan v.d. Berg and a motor vehicle technician Werner arrived at the dealership, unlocked the workshop and together they analyzed and resolved the problem, enabling us to continue on our journey within 6 hours after the breakdown. Later the evening and the following day we received telephone calls from Johan enquiring to our progress and the condition of the vehicle, ensuring all is well. This exceptional customer service is truly remarkable and Johan and his team at Nissan Worcester are a valuable asset to Nissan SA. Thanks guys you're great. Much appreciated.
