| On the 01/08/2011 I trade in my Polo classic in on a Nissan Tiida (nice car) at Nissan Witbank. At the month end the instalment for the Polo went off (28/08/2011) i phoned Mfc only to hear the acc. is still active, so i went in to Nissan and they pay my the money back. On the 14/09/2011 i phone Mfc again and they told me the same thing (still active) so i went to Nissan again and spoke to the sales manager J.P who said he will make work of it (on 16/09 he said he will send my the proof of settlement).On 22/09 i call Mfc again only to hear the same story,again i went to Nissan they will send me the proof as soon as they have it. There is also a policy for small scratches (R3990)on my contract i ask them to cancel it because i have it on my other policy. I am still waiting for a answer on that to.It is already 54 days.They can pay it back to me or down on the Tiida .Thank you. | |||
