| I bought a Nissan Hardbody from the above mention company in June of this year and also bought an extended warranty for 2 years. Arthur, the salesman at the garage, advised me that the car had full service history, and that the last service was done at 250,000km as the vehicle was just over that and it was pointed out to me by the salesman personally. The vehicles turbo blew on the 17th Aug. As I had taken out the warranty, I contacted the garage and they advised me that the warranty would cover the repairs. I took the vehicle in on the same day at about 09:30 and I was then told that the car would be ready on Friday afternoon. I was contacted on the Friday that they needed the service book for the vehicles service history and then told it was not ready and should then be done by Monday or Tuesday afternoon or latest wednesday. Late on Tuesday afternoon I tried to call Arthur, but he was not answering my calls. I then called the service dept, and they then advised that they are STILL AWAITING THE QUOTE, and that the turbo had not been touched as yet. All along I was under the impression that everything was in order, but aparrently not!!! | |||

| Quite Impressed: Nash Nissan went out of their way, sorted out my vehicle and am happy with the service now received. I fetched my car from them on Saturday, and the turbo has been sorted out and fixed. Thank you again. | |||
