Bad Service

I logged my issue on the 6 September about my aerial that was lost but not replaced by Datcenter Pinetown. Nissan South Africa has tried to assist but it doesn't look like Datcenter Pinetown has a will to solve this.

Last week Friday one of the guys in the management promised to give me a call within 30 minutes to collect my aerial but till today I'm still waiting! Never have I seen such annoying bad service!

Please be advised that as a gesture of goodwill Datcenter Pinetown is willing to replace the lost aerial. We will facilitate a conference call between you and the dealer on Monday the 19th September.
