i had to take my wife to medicross this evening as she had an acute illness episode When we went to fetch the meds from the pharmacy, they couldn't process the request as it's marked that my wife has been suspended - all payments are taken off my salary so that's not on option. She has been a beneficiary since we were engaged and recently received a new card with our married surname. So I end up having to pay R500 because she needs the meds ASAP Sort this out netcarems |

i was contacted very quickly by Ms. Moodley and acknowledged that the cards I had were incorrect. I was sent membership certificates and promised my replacement cards were in the post Thank you !! |
