| I wish to complain about the lack of NAN 1 and 3 over the past few months. I believe that NAN is the best product for my children, but have been forced to change to a different formula, much to my dismay, because I am unable to find NAN 1 or 3, 96% of the time. And if I do find the product, its never both at the same time. September 2011 I contacted the Nestle customer services centre, it took two weeks for them to get back to me and when they did I was told that I would need to travel 45 miutes, as the only store that had stock of NAN 3 was 2 towns away. I would like to know please if this issue will be resolved please? Is there a problem with the product, or should I change to a more reliable brand? Will I be able to purchase these products at the store most convenient to me. I eagerly await your response. | |||
