Nestle collected the rest of a Kitkat in which I found a cockroach. After sending them another fax they supplied my with a packet of Passions and 5 small Kitkats. I did not want a replacement - my concern is the COCKROACH. Is this going to be "swept under the carpet" and do they really want me to open up this can of worms? Their complaint email on the website does not work, the fax number on their site is non existent - the call centre lady was quite friendly but very surprized when I told her about the live cockroach I found in the packet. Nestle themselves simply don't reply to my concerns and ignore me as if the problem never existed! I would love to know what measures have been put in place to prevent something similar! |
