Was pleasantly surprised when I decided to get a Neotel 3G modem. The sales people at Midrand were helpful without being overbearing. The modem was easy to set up and pretty much automatic. Data coverage in my area is much better than the competitors (whom I'd been using for years). My landowners have had a Neotel voice land line for some time, and they only had good to say about the quick installation and quality. This said, their line is used to run a business as well. I do not say the service is perfect. What I do say is that the service is way ahead of their competitors in my experience, and I am recommending it to anyone who is looking for a new land-line and/or dataconnection, that is installed promptly and WORKS. |
