| After having trouble with Telkom I decided to cancel and give Neotel a chance. I proceeded to the Greenstone branch where I walked in to find two guys and a girl working there. After 2 minutes of standing around I proceeded to the lady to ask her some questions. Every question I asked her she could not answer and relayed them to a youngster who didn't bother to look up from his computer and grunted a yes or no. She then informed me that they can't help me anyway as they have not had headsets for a month and don't know when they are getting any. During our conversation she received a private call on her cell and abruptly left without excusing herself and walked into the back to take it. After five minutes of her not returning I walked out. I then called head office to lay a complaint and was told by a sales manager that a store expert would call me within 5 minutes. 6 Hours later I again called and waited for 10 minutes while a customer care consultant tried to locate a senior manager. Without taking any of my details they managed to find my details from the call earlier and promised to call immediately. 1 hour later I am still waiting. All this hassle just trying to sign a contract | |||

| Utterly Disgusted: the above email was sent shortly after my post and since there has been no feedback. after I called neotel again a manager was going to send me documentation and never did. i supplied my details on the website for someone to call me and again have heard nothing. it's hard for a company to be worse than Telkom with getting back to you but these guys have succeeded | |||
