I have a Neotel Phone and DataCard in my house in Pretoria (from October 2011). The reception is not good and my data card shows a signal strength of 40% and my phone doesn't even reach one bar on its signal strength. I contacted Neotel but was on hold for so long so I put the phone down. Then I called again and left a message for Neotel to phone me back. No one did. I phoned again to speak to the technical department. They did not phone me back. I called this morning - I want to pay the penalty fees to terminate the contract. There was no answer at the retention department. They will phone me back... Please can someone phone me... I want to terminate my contract. Regards |

Over the Moon:
I was contacted by Althaf (Neotel) a few minutes after uploading this complaint. It is less than a week afterwards and I was contacted by Neotel on a daily basis whilst resolving my complaint. I can quite happily say that, THAT is the kind of service one expects. My data connection has been enhanced with a small capital investment from Neotel - as much worth to me as to them.
