Trying to get a Correct Invoice

I upgraded my Phone in September. but instead of like any other telecoms provider Neotel want to just change you number when upgrading. I asked that my number stay the same but this mean nothing and i got given a new number anyways. I was then changed for 2 phone numbers which came to R1k. after fighting i Finlay got a refund but now i have got a invoice that is completely incorrect. i need to get this sorted out as claim from my company, but because the Jan invoice is incorrect i cant claim. i have phone and been told that that is the was the invoice comes and there is nothing they can do. this is unacceptable. it was not my stuff up. please can i get a correct invoice.
