| I approached Neotel in October 2011 to install telephone lines at my call centre, it took them 2 months to tell me that they are unable to do the job, after them doing site surveys and taking a large deposit from, which i was only notified in December 2011. Now they have my deposit and finding excuse to refund me. It is very poor service and the staff have no idea what they doing, and the managers are even lost with regards to business, so please dont waste your time even considering Neotel. | |||
