| Was told to change my handset as it is impossible to hear - drove from Edenvale to Midrand only to get there and was met by lady who told me she can only change the battery as they dont have stock - why wasnt i told this before driving to Midrand? Only to get back home and the device is not working - try and speak to anyone at Neotel - they keep passing the buck - after a lot of fighting I was eventually promised they will deliver a new handset - and then they terminate my line on Friday - after again fighting was now promised a new handset will be delivered today...what they don't seem to understand is that i run a business and now my line gets terminated? Can I sue for loss of business?? First Im told there is no stock but today im being told new handset will be delivered before 5 today? Not once was I informed that they need to terminate my line in order for me to get a new handset?? When we took contract last year we informed sales person business is moving to Rustenburg she informed us that they are busy with the lines there and we will have cover - only now to be told there will be no cover and they dont know when? Bsiness is moving end of Feb - lets see what happens now? | |||
