I'm using the NeoData service to connect to the Internet. Nine out of ten times, the data card fails to connect to the network. When I call the Call Centre, they tell me the network is down and that there's nothing they can do. On the other hand, the cordless phone that I'm using needs to keep connected to a power supply, otherwise the battery dies. It cannot be recharged. I took it to the Customer Service Centre on Old Pretoria Road in Midrand and had an uninterested consultant replace the battery. For my problem with the data card, I was referred to their Call Centre, where I was given then pervasive 'the-network-is-down, there's-nothing-we-can-do' story. Surely this is isn't the way to run things. I deserve a better service equal to the amount that I'm paying. May you please help with this? It's frustrating... |
