I placed an order with Neotel for one of their products on Mon 30 January. I was informed that the logistics company ( Skynet) will contact me shortly to confirm date of delivery. I was contacted on Monday afternoon and informed that I would receive my router and data-card on Tuesday. I have subsequently taken leave to be at home on the 31st to wait for the delivery (* note, if you calculate my hourly rate, it has cost me R1 500 to wait for the delivery). By 15:00 I called the customer service department and was informed I will still get delivery before 17:00 but received no delivery. At 15:15 1 Feb I phoned to talk to Kabelo since he sold me the product, I was told that he was on lunch and would phone me back. Still waiting for the call. Eventually I called again and was given a complaint reference number (153928) and told that the Logistics department will call me, still no call... I have called again on the 2 Feb at 12:29 to ask Neotel to Cancel my contract - Guess what, The Customer retention department will call me. Still no Call!! |

| Utterly Disgusted: Good feedback provided and promised delivery following day between 8 and 10. Could not get a clear answer at 14h00 of where delivery was and cancelled my contract.got billed today for my "cancelled" subscription after I was promised I would not be billed. | |||
