It woud be great if you kept your word

I've been struggling since August to have a debit order established.

You keep telling me you'll put my account on debit order. You confirm my bank details and the payment date. I then don't do an EFT. You suspend my service, I check my bank transactions, see that you haven't processed the debit order and do an EFT

This is simply a waste of time, inconvenient and infuriating.

Why don't you just admit that debit orders don't happen?

Utterly Disgusted: Even after confident assurance that the problem would be resolved nothing has materialised.

I guess when your competition is as shocking as it is you have no reason to feel the need to deliver on your promises.
