Neotel has been over paid by me on the the 5 Oct 2011 R998 as per statement, plus on the 1 November 2011 I paid my instalment of R499. Yet in January I get a statement that says I am still in arrears. with R998 I am now on the phone trying to call their customer services and they keep hanging up on me. Thanks to NEOTEL's USELESS FINANCE DEPARTMENT I have been rejected on my home loan application, and we lost the house. But wait there is more I have spend the best part of eight months last year sorting my account which NEOTEL messed up, out. And in October it was sorted out by Lionel Pillay. On the 05/12/2011 Natacia Tlou was contacted and she assured me the account was now paid up. And yet it is now January and again it is not paid up. Again it is out standing R998 despite additional payments made on the 01/11/2011 01/12/2011 and 01/01/2012. I think that people should not use neotel. It is worse than Telkom. |
