On Thursday, 02nd Feb I phoned Neotel in connection with my business Modem that had stopped working, the ladies in the call centre went through every possible procedure with me to ensure that it was infact that Modem and not something on myside - It was established that it was the Modem - Bearing in mind I have only had it for 2 Weeks - Tholo then took over the conversation and promised that a replacement modem would be delivered on Friday, If not Friday then first thing Monday Morning! - I phoned yesterday to find out where the Modem was and all of a sudden my query had not even been processed - Tholo then phoned me only today to inform me that there is not stock of this Modem and that he would personally come to my offices today and replace it. I was promised a phoned call at 11am - I have not heard anything whilst on the phone I have now been informed by Wandile the gentlemen on the phone that his superior Budego has informed that the new modem is on route - Yesterday, there was no stock but all of a sudden it is on its way?? Tholo know's i close my offices at 16h30 - Will it be here before then? I doubt it! VERY DISAPPOINTED IN NEOTEL & THE "CUSTOMER" SERVICE or lack thereof!! |
