| My Neotel device broke, Neotel has no stock of these devices because it is discontinued, so I cannot buy a new device to replace the broken one in order to use my contract, I don't expect them to replace the device, I shall buy it, but they do not have any or any replacement option that I can purchase! They cannot provide me with a similar device. They also cannot upgrade my contract to a new product because I am ITC listed although with them I have a current contract that is paid monthly because I use it for business! So to conclude I cannot replace my device, I cannot upgrade and I cannot use the contract. My only solution is to cancell the contract because I cannot be helped by Neotel. But Neotel wants to keep me liable for the contract without me being able to use it! So now I also cannot cancell the contract and they cannot solve the problem. Dear Neotel I use your product and want to use it, but I cannot, because you cannot help me, and this is my problem? So bottom line according to Neotel is I should just pay the contract and not be able to have use of it, - REALLY!!!! So I can get help from Telkom - a contract and device that works, but I still need to pay NEOTEL. HELP? | |||
