| In 2010 I had a neotel phone - I cancelled it in 2010 due to shoddy coverage and service. In cancelling my account, Neotel handed me over to lawyers to claim R450 as I was owing on the service which I was not using. I paid the amount via eft, and then they debited me the same amount. So, they owed me R450! Today I find out that I am listed on ITC for this amount, as they processed the transaction incorrectly, and thus the amount was reflecting incorrectly that I owed them the money. They deposited the R450 into my account in Nov 2011 - a year after the whole cancellation situation happened! I found this out as I need a Personal Loan from my bank FNB and the credit check reflected my listing on ITC. I am in dire straits as I am owed R45000 by people who can't and will not pay me, my debit orders rd'd and I am paying charges for this. Above all this, I am not covered by Discovery Medical Aid, my life policies are in arrears, my non-car payment will result in me losing my car.and my and my daughters cell phones will be sus..and I have no money to live on and support my 3 daughters. I now have to wait 3 months in order to apply for a personal loan...which I need desperately. I am livid | |||

| Quite Impressed: Neotel have corrected their records which they processed incorrectly, and given instruction to remove me from ITC listing - but this does not help with my inability to apply for a personal loan with FNB | |||
