Yesterday 23/01/2012 I was attended to by Ayanda Mashabela at your Flora centre branch and was impressed at how professional she was. Firstly and most importantly whenever I walk into a bank before I withdraw I request the available amount and for the first time ever it wasn't said out loud like what normally happens but Ayanda wrote it down on paper and handed it to me. This is truly excellent service as I didn't have to worry who's listening and be extra vigilant outside in case someone had overheard and tried to rob me. Nedbank I think you should incorporate what Ayanda has shown into your training for all tellers at all branches nationwide. Thanks once again Ayanda you're truly an asset to Nedbank. |
