| I used to bank with ABSA for the past 7 years. After numerous shocking customer service incidents, I decided to switch banks. I had a look at all of the other banks in SA. I thought about FNB but after the telephone consultant seemed somewhat irritated by all my questions, I decided to look at Nedbank. I went to the local branch where Mr Stephen Lesch assisted me. Not only was he willing to answer all my questions but instead proceeded to explain all the other benefits I did not even think about. I got married in December and was also looking to have my house that I want to build financed by the bank. With the swift and to the point service received my home loan was approved! I was amazed at the ease and complicated free manner that the whole process took. Besides saving hundreds monthly, I'm now banking with a Bank that understands my needs. My main need being excellent client service. The manner in which Mr Lesch responded to calls and emails from my side seeking info was amazing! Unlike other institutions where you wait a week to get a response. Thanks Nedbank and Mr Stephen Lesch for making my move from ABSA a breeze and worth the while. | |||
