I stepped into Nedbank Epsom Downs at lunch time just after pay day, and after waiting a few moments at the front of the queue, was invited to go straight to the sales desks, as the query in front of me was taking some time. In addition to trying to resolve my query as quickly and efficiently as possible, Cameron advised me on some other products I was interested in. I emailed some additional documentation later that afternoon and although it was out of hours, I received an almost immediate response confirming receipt. In short, no queuing, helpful and friendly service and a proactive approach to resolving problems. Very impressed. |
